FAQ

Why can’t I enter the Gilgamesh event?
The event is locked behind the Fate Story mode. Clear all Fate Story stages first, then the event opens.
What does the Gilgamesh event drop?
Gilgamesh himself (0.025% Normal / 0.05% Difficult / 0.11% Nightmare, creator-reported), Fate Coins, Saber evolution items and new gear.

The Gilgamesh event is the Update 0.5 boss event — same format as the old Yuta event, new boss, new loot table.

Unlock requirement

Clear the Fate Story mode first. This is the single most common reason the event “does not work”: it simply does not open until the new story stages are done. There are 5 Fate Story stages, up to Nightmare.

Drop rates (creator-reported)

Drop Normal Difficult Nightmare
Gilgamesh (unit) ~0.025% ~0.05% ~0.11%
Fate Coins ✓ ✓ ✓ (most)
Saber evolution items ✓ ✓ ✓
New gear ✓ ✓ ✓

Rates come from creator footage on day one — treat them as approximate until more clears are logged.

What the rewards are for

  • Gilgamesh — the event unit itself. Kit testing is still early; check the tier list for the current read.
  • Fate Coins — the banner currency. Spend them on the Fate banner chasing Saber, not in the shop (shop prices are poor value per creator testing).
  • Saber evolution items — needed to evolve Saber into Dark Saber.
  • Gear — Royal Golden pieces drop here; craftable gloves (+100 armor, crit damage, skill cooldown) and boots (+10 burn, -1% skill cooldown, +10% steal) use Fate stage materials.

Farming advice

  • Farm the highest difficulty you can clear reliably and fast — a slow Nightmare clear pays worse than a fast Difficult one.
  • Turn on the new Auto Ultimate toggle and disable ultimate VFX for smoother AFK sessions.
  • If your team is not ready for Nightmare, the beginner guide route (Broly → Gojo → Sukuna) is the fastest way to get there.
