Naruto is one of the three starter units offered when you first load Anime Mysterious, alongside Goku and Luffy. He is the pick most guides recommend because his movement speed (around 19-20 in creator tests) is the highest of the three, so he reaches early waves before they leak.

Once you own a Mythic, Naruto drops to bench duty — treat him as your opening-wave answer, not a long-term carry. Note that the code NPC in the lobby is also called Naruto; that NPC is not the unit.
