Overview
Tanjiro is the third cheap body in the level-5 starter trio most accounts field on day one. His multi-hit damage keeps up in opening Story stages but cannot keep pace with Nightmare health pools.
Use him to open, replace him the moment a Mythic evolution completes.
FAQ

Opening Story only. Budget guides bench him as soon as the first Mythic evolution lands.
See where Tanjiro lands on the Update 0.5 tier list, and check summon rates and pity before you pull.
